Terms and conditions of use

Rule 1

The customer buying on our website accepts terms and conditions expalined here.

Rule 2

Returns - no returns are accepted on the products bought on our website until a damage has been made by carrier. In this case the cutomer must give a photographic proof of damage to be sent within 5 days by receiving the products writing exclusively at shop@themodelbunker.com. No other form of complaint is accepted.

Rule 3

Payments - all payments are managed through 3 different ways:

1. direct bank payment
2. PayPal
3. Stripe

No other payment solution is allowed.
